This MR applies GitLab’s documentation style guide updates to two pages:

• analytics.md

  • Wrapped HTTP status codes and error messages in inline code
  • Replaced “e.g.” with “for example” and made list markers consistent

• infrastructure.md

  • Wrapped 500 Internal Server Error and 404 Not Found in inline code
