What does this MR do and why?

WHAT

  • This MR adds custom config to Duo.
  • Specifically for Vue, JS, Hugo templates (shortcodes)

WHY

  • We want better Duo reviews to help us standardize and identify issues on our code.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Configure a local GitLab Docs environment.
  2. Check out this branch.
  3. Can't test this locally. So I opened up a test MR with a few changes that should be flagged by Duo: !1604 (closed)
