Add section for other team events and efforts

When we first set up the milestone issue, we talked about including a section for other notable events and efforts that are coming up in the milestone. The goal is to increase visibility into other efforts that impact planning and capacity when thinking about group feature work.

An example of what this could look like is in the 14.9 Planning issue.
