Remove temporary review app

What does this MR do and why?

Drops the artifact-based review app that was added in !22 (merged).

The configuration needed to enable browsing the artifact does not work with the frontend tooling introduced in !29 (merged).

Having functional differences specific to the review app lessens the benefits of having a review app in the first place. Hopefully we can create review app that more closely resembles production in the near future.
