Update expectations after spotbugs@v2.2.3 is released for `maven-cli-opts-skip-tests-FREEZE` branch

This is an expectation report update after SpotBugs cve non-uniqueness fix.

This is a stable branch that we use for testing custom configuration of MAVEN_CLI_OPTS. See corresponding MR for master work: !23 (merged)
