Alter code_flows type

What does this MR do?

Changes the code_flows type from code_flow to code-flows to align to existing named-list, file-location and module-location.

This change should have been part of !160 (merged), but I missed it.
Since it is not in use yet, the deploy-to-rails failed and the changes are related, the version was not bumped.

This is related to @adamcohen's comment on a previous MR: !159 (comment 1938337496) , !160 (merged) and this comment
