Clarify specs that expect a validation failure

What does this MR do?

Previously, specs that were expected to fail mentioned that they do not validate the report. This gives the impression that there was no attempt to validate the report against the schema, when in reality there was. The MR updates these specs to clarify that they fail to validate.
