Add support for AWS rules

What does this MR do?

This MR adds support for two AWS rules:

1. AWS Secret Key (for Pipeline SD only)
2. AWS Session Token (for Pipeline and SPP)

Also, AWS Cognito ID rule MR was incorrectly placed under 0.19.0 version which was already released when this MR was merged. I've moved it under v0.20.0 version.
