This is a rewrite of !38 (closed) from @groulot

What does this MR do?

It fixes the release image locations

Why was this MR needed?

The current Gitlab CI configuration pushes release images to gitlab-org/security-products/sast/gl-sast:MAJOR-MINOR-latest

But our current merge request with gitlab-ci-yml ask for gitlab-org/security-products/sast:MAJOR-MINOR-stable
