Delete CVE-2021-44832.yml for log4j-api

log4j-api is not vulnerable to CVE-2021-44832. This CVE only applies to log4j-core.

Other advisory databases, such as GitHub Advistory Database, are already correct in only applying this CVE to log4j-core.
