Add checkoxes regarding new advisory labels to MR template
requested to merge 120-temporary-workflow-to-semi-automatically-publish-advisories-through-gemnasium-api into master
Remove uuid checkbox from the MR template and add checkbox regarding the labels ~"advisory::publishable" and ~"advisory::unpublishable".
