Bump go to 1.20

Pipeline is failing as it seems like github.com/aquasecurity/vuln-list-update/k8s used in vuln-list-update build step requires Go 1.20, current version used is 1.19.

vuln-list-update was updated to go 1.20 last week

Subsequently, the pipeline failed because it ran out of space. I increased the runner to large and the pipeline is passing again.
