Improve reusability with better target image

👋 This project is super useful for testing DAST API stuff. I've found myself needing to change the TARGET_IMAGE a few times. To help make this easier for anyone to fork and get started with, I am proposing adjusting the path that the image gets pushed to from registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/demos/api-dast/graphql-example/target-graphql to $CI_REGISTRY_IMAGE:$CI_COMMIT_REF_SLUG. This should permit a quicker green pipeline for anyone forking this in the future.
