Update test fixtures

What does this MR do?

ZAProxy added active and passive scanner rules to the most recent release. This updates our test fixtures to include the additional vulnerabilities. Because our tests are doing a simple compare between the generated report and the fixtures, the report formatter was updated to sort on additional keys to produce consistent results.

ZAProxy also updated their geckodriver binaries, which may fix the Ajax Spider.
