Upgrade to Browserker 0.0.27

What does this MR do?

The MR upgrades Browserker to v0.0.27 As part of that:

• LOG_LEVEL have been removed from the Browserker configuration
• Support DAST_PATHS_FILE for Browserker scans
• Fixes an issue with auto-login detection
