Remove the ZAP scripts

What does this MR do?

I don't think we need any of the logic left in the scripts. Dear reviewer, tell me if you disagree

• Deletes src.modified_zap_scripts
• Removes all references to the scripts in ScanScriptWrapper, DAST, and dependencies.py
• Removes specs related to calling the scripts
