Removed deprecated GitLab style Docker tags
What does this MR do?
Removes the deprecated x-x-stable tags that were deployed with each DAST Docker image release. These have been replaced by Semantic Versioning tags. A key advantage to this is that the DAST version matches the notes in the CHANGELOG.
