Combine 1.13.3 and 1.13.2 for release
What does this MR do?
Combines CHANGELOG entries from 1.13.3
and 1.13.2
into 1.13.2
.
If we were to release right now, we would have release versions 1.13.1
and 1.13.3
. There would be no 1.13.2
, even though it is advertised in our CHANGELOG. This means that user's wouldn't be able to pin the DAST template to that version.
This MR combines all changes into 1.13.2
, which reflects the fact that they will be released together.
