Select both a reviewer and maintainer for roulette

Since Secure has a formalized maintainer program for their analyzers, they have both reviewers and maintainers and roulette should pick up both. This MR adds the reviewer to roulette's output.

Protect may want to see about doing something similar with maintainers (FYI @thiagocsf) but for now container-scanning will show "No reviewer available" since we have maintainers but no reviewers.
