Update qa-dependency_scanning.yml, remove curl command
What does this MR do?
Removes the curl command used to call graphQL endpoint to obtain the dependency scanning artifact.
As per gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/integration-test!23 (merged) this is performed in code.
