Propagate excluded paths when testing

Propagate DS_EXCLUDED_PATHS and SAST_EXCLUDED_PATHS variables to the Docker container running the analyzer when testing.

This is needed to test the fix for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/12022
