Draft: refactor: Drop version exclusion from report comparison
What does this MR do?
We previously excluded version since it is a variable field and can often
lead to failures when not updated. Since we now track the expectations
within the analyzers themselves and have more explicit expectations
for our versioning, we should not exclude it but instead track it closely
