Expose report as job artifact in QA
What does this MR do?
Override the definition or the base definition of the scanning in order to expose the report as a CI job artifact, in the QA templates.
It is necessary to include the stubs otherwise the scanning jobs ends up being redefined instead of being overridden, and it doesn't have any script.
