Disable SAST when doing DS QA

What does this MR do?

Set SAST_DEFAULT_ANALYZERS to an empty string when doing QA for Dependency Scanning analyzers using test projects.

Setting SAST_DISABLED to true no longer works.

Tested in the context of the Gemnasium project. See pipeline
