Publish released image to security-products registry

What does this MR do?

• Generates less images on trivy-k8s-wrapper for every release. (only future, vx.x.x and latest)
• Adds a step in which we push the released image to the parent registry

Why are we doing this?

This is included in the instructions for new Gitlab projects. It was also discussed and requested here.
