Remove references to *_DEFAULT_ANALYZERS

As part of gitlab-org/gitlab#290777 (closed), move away SAST_DEFAULT_ANALYZERS.

I also removed the reference to DS_DEFAULT_ANALYZERS because it is no longer necessary and will be removed. DS_EXCLUDED_ANALYZERS is now supported.
