chore: Disable analyzer optimization
What does this MR do?
Temporarily disabled analyzer report optimizations, due to gitlab-org/gitlab#345004 (closed).
Since this is the only analyzer running the latest version of command we don't have to worry about this elsewhere but should disable here for now to prevent unexpected errors until we can properly triage the corresponding issue.
