Log URL to `sast-rules` repository used to build analyzer image
What does this MR do?
When analyzing results from a pipeline log, determining the rules bundled with the analyzer is tedious. This change logs the URL to the tag corresponding to the sast-rules.zip release bundled in the analyzer image.
