What does this MR do?

scan.scanner.version is ignored when comparing the expected JSON to the generated version in the semgrep integration specs.

This MR regenerates the expected JSON using gitlab-org/secure/tools/analyzer-scripts!28 (merged) which sets the scan.scanner.version to :SKIP:. This will make MR's that regenerate the JSON cleaner and easier to review.
