Adds Scala as a supported language
NOTE: The SBT multi project QA job has been left out for now since the downstream project doesn't have a SAST job right now. Trying to merge both changes seems to create a circular dependency. Relevant MR: gitlab-org/security-products/tests/scala-sbt-multiproject!7 (closed)
