feat: Include scan.analyzer

What does this MR do?

IMO that implies the analyzer is only being added to update a test artifact. This is actually the addition of an optional metadata field that becomes required within v15 of the schema. Sorry that wasn't clear, I'll update the MR description accordingly.

• Adds scan.analyzer property to JSON report output (which will soon be required with v15 of the schema](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/security-report-schemas/-/blob/v15.0.2/dist/sast-report-format.json#L341).
• Bumps tracking calculator which is currently stripping analyzer when missing (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/post-analyzers/tracking-calculator/-/merge_requests/40)
