add dotnet 5.0
What does this MR do?
add support for dotnet 5.0
dotnet 2.1 is still supported so I had to increase the image size [https://dotnet.microsoft.com/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core].
I am not sure what else is to do. Would be great if you could point me to the right direction.
