chore: Add test for ensuring AWS identifier remains unchanged
What does this MR do?
Adds tests for ensuring AWS token description remains stable since we depend on it within the report parser for secret revocation.
- Ensure expected number of revocation types (currently 1)
- Ensure identifier is generated as expected
Follow-up MR to !98 (merged) to test against regression
