Bump Gitleaks and add SECRET_DETECTION_COMMITS var
What does this MR do?
This MR Bumps gitleaks to v6.1.2 and adds a SECRET_DETECTION_COMMITS and SECRET_DETECTION_COMMITS_FILE variable to the analyzer which should be used for the secret-detection job once this MR has been merged.
A new test project has been added to test the new variables.
