Add word boundaries to GitLab tokens

What does this MR do?

To reduce the likelihood of the secrets scanner flagging false positives, this MR adds word boundaries to all of the GitLab rules, as per the Adding Rules instructions

This MR is the first of many. I didn't want to change all the rules in one MR so that we might avoid large differences in scan results.
