chore: Transition bulk of downstream tests to integration tests
What does this MR do?
This analyzer is a bit particular since we occasionally need to rely off interacting with the repository directly but since the majority of behavior uses --no-git we can rely off static fixtures.
The remaining downstream is a bit more complicated, so that will come next.
