Refresh the expected JSON

What does this MR do?

In addition to !87 (merged), this MR runs the newly enabled analyzer-refresh-expected-json to refresh the expected JSON.

This MR also adds to .gitignore so tmp is ignored by git. The tmp directory is created when running the integration specs and should not be committed.
