Add support versions and dates

What does this MR do?

With the upcoming announcement of needing users to be more aware of their versions, as features and bugs are specific to analyzer versions, i am making a list of analyzers and what versions they work with in order to help users and support check in on specific combinations.

I plan to link from the user docs for troubleshooting purposes.
