Add (minimal) rules guidelines

What does this MR do?

Turns out securego produces some basic guidelines for rule results. There aren't many but I started following the parent issue to add more as they come up. For now there are 6 that could provide more useful data than the current reports:

I probably should have made an issue but I just wanted something in place to help with code reviews
