Provide Severity levels for vulnerabilities

What does this MR do?

This MR adds support for parsing the CVSS v2 and v3 vectors added to gemnasium-db by Add CVSS score to YAML schema (gitlab-org/security-products/gemnasium-db!430 - merged) and outputting a Severity value in the vulnerability report.
