Rename DS_EXPERIMENTAL_GRADLE_BUILTIN_PARSER environment variable
What does this MR do?
To maintain flexibility and support for the experimental Gradle parser, we are renaming the environment variable DS_EXPERIMENTAL_GRADLE_BUILTIN_PARSER to EXPERIMENTAL_GRADLE_BUILTIN_PARSER, removing the DS_ prefix. This change retains the functionality for internal and support use while allowing for more flexibility in future releases. This change communicates that the environment variable should not be relied upon for configuration purposes. Please see this thread for more context.
