maven builder: remove requirements of maven compile/install
Updated as the gemnasium-maven-plugin!19 (merged) has been merged and a new version of the gemnasium maven plugin should soon be available : 0.6.0
What does this MR do?
- use the 0.6.0 version of the gemnasium maven plugin which does not require maven compilation or install
- removes the installDeps go function no more required
