Move SBT parser into dot directory
What does this MR do?
The goal is to use sbt makeSbom
instead of sbt dependencyDot
for sbt projects with versions >= 1.1
.
For that purpose we need to introduce a new sbt parser. As a preparation step we refactor the existing dot parser by moving all related files in a dot
directory. This will enable us to have another parser in the parser/sbt
directory. Each parser will also be a separate go package.
No changelog is added since we need follow up MRs to build achieve our goal.
