Remove check analyzer version spec
What does this MR do?
This MR removes the outputs analyzer version spec because:
- it's already covered by the check analyzer version job
- this additional spec for checking the analyzer version has been more painful than beneficial, and has cost us wasted time due to failed pipelines, for example:
