Trigger test projects using multi-pipeline

What does this MR do?

Since multi pipeline feature matured with 12.3 we can leverage that in order to test analyzers more integrated way. This MR will trigger

• ruby-bundler
• js-npm
• js-yarn
• php-composer

test projects with build branch image
