Update QA jobs: DS_REPORT_PACKAGE_MANAGER_PIP_WHEN_PYTHON is false

What does this MR do?

Change job integration tests after the CI template has changed in gitlab-org/gitlab!74057 (merged). CI variable DS_REPORT_PACKAGE_MANAGER_PIP_WHEN_PYTHON now defaults to "false".
