Updated plugin version to 0.3 in README [skip ci]

Just updating the readme file to refer to the latest version of the plugin. I didn't find any convenient way of having this text be dynamic (although I did not really spend much effort on it).
I also added a [skip ci] in the title of the MR. I have no idea whether that works when this MR is merged, but this should not kick off a CI build as that would try to publish the plugin which would fail since 0.3 has already been published.
