Update JS dependencies to latest versions
What does this MR do?
eslint and its supporting dependencies have been updated. This MR pulls them into the analyzer we ship. The big win is this MR updates the version of lodash we ship in the analyzer to a version which resolves a high-severity vulnerability in the analyzer itself.
