What does this MR do?
This MR implements the discussion from this thread.
Specifically this adds the Red Hat License from the Red Hat ovalstreams API. This API is used to generate aquasecurity's vuln-list-redhat repository which is used by trivy-db-glad to create the oracle advisories used by Container Scanning as implemented in this MR Switch to aquasecurity vuln-list-redhat repo as... (gitlab-org/security-products/rhsa2ovaloracle!2 - merged).
