Downgrade Trivy to 0.26.0
Why is this change being made?
Because of timeout issues introduced in v0.27.0 Trivy (https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy/issues/2048) we need to downgrade Trivy to v0.26.0 until the fix is available in Trivy
